EVA Commission Artists’ Podcasts Available

EVA Artist Commissions Logo

The sound works made by the four artists commissioned for part of the EVA project are available on the AHA website for you to download (free).  Artists Jan Blake, David Kemp, Elsepth Owen and Karen Wallis had never created sound works before EVA and they all worked in very different media, in very different ways from one another.  The podcasts are as diverse as the artists.  Go here for more information about the project and to download the podcasts.

Walking with AHA logo

After taking advice from walk leader Tony Whitehead it was decided that high Dartmoor, sub-zero temperatures, three hours of slow walking with periods of sitting and standing quietly — from dusk until well-after nightfall — was not a combination which  promised much in the way of pleasure!  Silent Walk #001 HAS BEEN POSTPONED and will not take place on Sunday, 24th February.   It will, however, be held at another time — as soon as a new date and time …

Quiet Walk #001 with Tony Whitehead

Sunday, 24 February , 1700 to 2000, Bellever Forest
